Winning...its not about the best selling book by Jack Welch, but it is about a question which made me think. In a relationship does one need to lose to win or keep winning to retain what was won?
In business, academics, sports, politics and war one who lost may want to compete to win back what was lost. While the one who won would want to retain what was won. Its a zero sum game, and to win there are training, coaching, mentoring, courses, practice which help to improvise and will enable the best to excel.
However in a relationship its win-win as long as one does not loose. To get into one's heart might be possible, but to stay there forever is the difficult task. And for that one has to keep winning the heart of the other to reside there. Relationship's are built on trust, faith and belief. These three are solid attributes which form the foundation blocks of any relationship. So once broken it is considered lost and winning back becomes mission impossible. Can't afford to loose as there is no coaching or training. Its self learning, and need to learn to excel before its broken.
Let us strive hard to keep winning in the never ending game of relationship and build castles of love, affection, care, friendship on the three foundation blocks of relationship.
