Sorry - Misused

Do you remember when was last time someone told you sorry that made you feel they meant it?

Most of you would remember only few incidents. Sorry has become a word merely uttered from mouth rather from heart. Shortly a lip service instead of heart service. Ever thought why? Are people busy in fulfilling their needs that has made us not being mindful in regretting or rectifying by corrective action sincerely but using Sorry as an excuse and expect to be forgiven?

Social animal within is driving us into a society with less humane & low emoto (emotional pull) causing lack of responsibility & ownership. This is influenced additionally by social media which has made us more self-centered and reducing humanely interactions. Face value is of no value in fast trending world which can be conveniently inferred as root cause for Sorry no longer being felt.

"Sorry is the only word I do not like in Tamil" translated dialog from the Tamil movie Ramana. Powerful punch dialog for today's materialistic society where "SORRY" seem to have lost its meaning and has become a clichè. We will be able to say, hear and feel the word sorry if we act with conviction and take responsibility for those actions. This will make Sorry remain an adjective, adding value and meaning to our actions.
